Remember that the AHCA data typically has a +/- 3-5 % error rate. We do a through check (as much as we can) with the AHCA data. Here are the obvious errors we have found in the data that stood out as we did our quarterly checks.

4th quarter 2019 Data:

693 Emergency Room Patients from NEMOURS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL had an attending physician number of APRN1100252. This number indicated that this individual was deceased.

4th quarter 2019 Data:

466 Emergency Room Patients from DOCTORS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL had an attending physician number of APRN1100002. This number indicated that this individual was Null and Void.
